Students and staff at the Samworth Church Academy have raised a brilliant £1,255.49 for Children In Need 2024.

Sixth Form students took the lead and came up with some great fundraising activities such as a pajama day, students bringing in their loose change to create the longest copper trail, and a break time bake sale. And a big thank you to our staff members who were such good sports about getting a custard pie in the face for a good cause!

Children In Need's mission is "we believe that every child should have the chance to thrive and be the best they can be" which is also our ethos at the Samworth Church Academy. One of our values is Service and we encourage all our students to think about how they can help others and their wider community.
