The Year 11 Prom at Rufford Country Golf Club on 7th July was a night to remember for students from the Samworth Church Academy.

Students arrived in style, with some arriving in sports cars, others in classic cars, a few in American cars, and even one on a horse! Once inside, the dancing started immediately and didn't stop until the lights came on almost four hours later.

In comparison to our Leaver's Assembly a last month the emotions here were not torn between happiness and sadness, this was an evening of pure joy, where every student had a night they were sure to never forget.
