In our digital age we never know what out students are going to do next, they are our future and often bring ideas to the forefront without any help from us at all!

We are excited to announce that some of our students have launched The Samworth Church Academy Gazette, an online newspaper driven by the vibrant and talented students here at The Samworth Church Academy. This platform is a free space for students to voice their opinions, let us know their ideas and any concerns they have.

In the first issue you will find a feature on bringing back hot submarine rolls to the restaurant at lunchtimes, a discussion on the ethics of deep sea travel and exploration, student leadership updates and so much more. The Samworth Church Academy Gazette is a platform that embodies the power of student voice, demonstrating that age is not a barrier to making meaningful contributions to our school.
